About Athabasca Native Friendship Centre

We are a Non Profit organization located in downtown Athabasca Alberta. Our organization is part of a provincial association of 23 other centres in the province and a national association that includes 118 centres across Canada.

Our Centre focuses on providing services, events, programs and partnerships that build resilient communities.

We invite people to explore intercultural relationships through the reconciliation process. Our door is open to all cultures and nationalities with a special emphasis on local Indigenous culture and heritage. Our approach is non partisan with no affiliations to specific groups or parties.
